Abstract

India has the oldest judiciary in the world. No other judicial system has a more ancient or exalted pedigree. But before describing the judicial system of ancient India. There were several proceedings with took place during the ancient legal system, we will be discussing deeply the legal system during the Mughal Empire, the agency of the judiciary was the Qazi. The officials of the judiciary system were the same but the time and territory and nature of the Emperor were changed. Before that let us look at what a legal system is.
