Advancing Global Justice through International Law: Insights from the Indian Constitution

Abstract

This research examines the catalytic role of international law in advancing global justice, with a focus on the innovative contributions of the Indian Constitutional framework. By analyzing key provisions and international legal instruments, the study highlights how legal frameworks can address transnational issues such as human trafficking. The findings emphasize the need for strengthened legal provisions, enhanced judicial interpretation, and improved policy governance to promote a more just and equitable global society. This manuscript provides a comprehensive analysis of the intersection between international law and national legal systems, underscoring the relevance of these frameworks in fostering global justice.
