Frequently asked questions
Before writing to us, check whether your question is answered here. These are the queries we receive most often from authors.
Submit through the online submission portal or by email to submission@ijlmh.com. Your submission must include the manuscript body (without author details) and a separate title page. See the Instructions to Authors for full requirements.
Use the Track Manuscript portal with your Manuscript ID and the registered email address of the first author. You will also be notified at each stage by email and WhatsApp.
There is no submission charge. The Manuscript Processing Charge (MPC) is payable only upon formal acceptance after peer review. Manuscripts that are not accepted do not incur any charge. See the full MPC schedule.
The Copyright Transfer Form is available for download through the Track Manuscript portal once your manuscript has been accepted. A direct download link is also provided in your acceptance email.
Indian authors may pay via the Indian payment gateway. International authors may pay via the international payment link. Payment links are also provided in your acceptance communication. Do not pay before receiving a formal acceptance email.
e-Certificates are available immediately upon publication through the Track Manuscript portal. Each named author receives an individual certificate. There is no separate charge for certificates.
Law manuscripts must use Bluebook (19th, 20th, or 21st Edition) with footnotes. Management and Humanities manuscripts must use APA 7th Edition with in-text citations and a reference list. Mixed citation styles are not accepted.
Withdrawal is permitted before publication by writing to submission@ijlmh.com with your Manuscript ID. Withdrawal after the MPC has been paid does not entitle you to a refund. Withdrawal after publication is not permitted. See the Publication Policy for full details.
