A Study for the Adoption Provisions and Maintenance under Hindu Law

When a kid is adopted, his or her biological parents legally relinquish all parental rights and responsibilities to the adoptive parents. Multiple conditions and abilities must be met for an adoption to be legal. The process of adoption is governed by a codified set of rules and regulations. Progressive cultures, on the other hand, place a premium on maintenance, whether for the spouse or for children or other dependents. This area of the law is evolving and being updated to meet the changing requirements of the State. The purpose of this article is to describe all such laws in a concise but thorough manner.
