Abstract

Women in STEM fields frequently confront specific hurdles such as gender prejudice, underrepresentation, and limited access of resources. Despite these challenges, female entrepreneurs have not only prospered but also contributed to charitable behaviour and societal health. This synthesis investigates the diverse roles of women in STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Management), with an emphasis on women entrepreneurs' contributions to altruistic behaviour and well-being. The synthesis begins by reviewing previous studies on the challenges and facilities for women in STEM areas. It also emphasizes key aspects like as networking opportunities, mentorship, policy initiatives, and so on. One goal of this investigation is to better understand the relationship between entrepreneurship and well-being. This also emphasizes the importance of community and support systems in promoting personal and professional success of women entrepreneurs while maintaining their well-being. The synthesis focuses on women's dual influence on STEM entrepreneurship, which includes technological development and innovation while maintaining altruistic behaviour and well-being.
