Abstract

The Great problem of having corporate citizens is that they aren’t like the rest of us. As Baron Thurlow in England is supposed to have said, “They have no soul to save, and they have no body to incarcerate”- Robert Monks In this article we will enhance our knowledge regarding Company and its stratification as per Companies Act, 2013. We will be dealing with enormous section under this article. Meanwhile, Companies functions and composition will also be tackled in the same. As of now, Companies Act has been amended a lot of times before coming to a certain.
