Abstract

This study explores the critical role of Human Resources (HR) in talent acquisition and recruitment, emphasizing the adoption of optimal strategies to attract and retain high-caliber individuals. In today's competitive business landscape, organizations recognize the strategic importance of building and maintaining a proficient workforce. The study begins by highlighting the necessity of strategic workforce planning and aligning recruitment strategies with overall business objectives. Key elements for successful talent acquisition, such as effective job descriptions, diverse sourcing channels, and the integration of technology and automation in the recruitment process, are discussed in detail.
