Abstract

Even a slight change in the relationship between partners in a firm would result in reconstitution of the firm, thus whenever a new partner is introduced or when an existing partner is removed from the partnership firm, a firm is bound to be reconstituted. The article talks about the legal consequences of the addition of/ removal of partners in a partnership firm as stated in the Indian Partnership Act, 1932.
