Abstract

This research paper investigates the implications of involuntary insolvency proceedings faced by non-profit companies due to creditor actions. A comparative analysis with the American model is conducted to gain insights, identify challenges, and propose policy recommendations. The study aims to enhance understanding of the unique challenges faced by nonprofits in managing financial distress and navigating insolvency processes.
