Abstract

Transportation Network Companies like Uber, Ola, originated in 2010 as a response to the evolving digital platform. TNCs helps in improving roads, airports, and services. It provides convenient on available transportation, which allows users to request rides at any time. TNCs create jobs for drivers, which helps in increasing employment. This includes part-time or full-time job opportunities for individuals with unstable income opportunities. The present study intends to understand the consumer experiences of both TNCs and Public Transport and examine the comparative factors associated with both TNCs and Public Transport. The findings include accessibility plays a pivotal aspect, highlighting that while TNCs may offer convenience to some, they are not universally accessible.
