A Comparative Study of the Impact of Artificial Intelligence on Privacy in India, The United States, The European Union, and China
An unregulated tool is always dangerous; AI has profoundly developed and they create images, videos and generative works that are hard to complete by human. These tools of AI have been developed by various innovations and training such as the machine learning. These tools are used in both the positive and the negative aspects; this raises an issue of privacy and accountability of the software in producing generative work. This research paper is a study on how generative work will affect personal integrity and privacy. Every citizen is vested with a right of privacy, and the right is exploited by these new technologies. The gap in the development of adaptive measures to govern generative AI is limited in the existing framework. This research examines the various frameworks globally available for the governance of AI generative works and gives solution to create a flawless governance framework.
