The Judiciary is one of three organs of government, besides the Executive and Legislature. The evolution of society necessitates the continuous reform and adaptation of these organs to meet evolving needs. Judicial reform is a dynamic process that adapt to societal evolution, ensuring the Judiciary remains effective in promoting equality and justice for all. The Current research paper evaluates the current issues in the Indian Judicial System, the impact of these issues on the overall Justice delivery system, need for judicial reform, factors that hinder judicial reforms and measures that can be taken to reform the judiciary.
