Collective Bargaining in India under the Industrial Relations Code 2020

It highlights the importance of collective bargaining in empowering workers, preventing industrial disputes, and fostering workplace stability. Furthermore, it compares the IR Code 2020 with the Trade Unions Act, 1926, emphasizing the advancements made in recognizing trade unions and addressing unfair labour practices. The paper concludes by underlining the progressive steps taken by the IR Code 2020 in enhancing the collective bargaining framework in India.
