Abstract

This research paper explores the impact of consumer satisfaction on sales performance and provides insights into the relationship between these two variables. The study aims to understand the importance of consumer satisfaction as a strategic driver of sales success and its implications for businesses. The paper begins by introducing the topic and highlighting the significance of consumer satisfaction and sales performance.
