Human rights are being protected by the law and human rights related organisations keep check and ensure that the rights are being protected or not. Human rights are the basic rights of every human regardless of where they belong, gender differences, color, race, language and money. The movement of human rights was started in Europe. In the era of industrialization, when laborers were losing their jobs because of installments of new machinery and they were facing a very critical situation, millions of people were jobless, they did not even have money to buy food, they were homeless and also basic needs of food and shelter were not being fulfilled. So, then the movement of human rights started. After independence, India played a very important role in protecting these rights. The Indian judiciary in India has played a key role in turning these rights into reality. Consequently, the court has adopted all legislative, administrative and judicial or quasi-judicial agencies within the scope of the law, acting as the supreme interpreter, protector and guardian of the constitution. The judiciary has the responsibility to review all government actions.
