Federal Criminal Justice System of USA: Step by Step Discussion

Abstract

We will be talking about the criminal justice system’s work proceedings in the federal system. Each and every state of the USA has its own court, own rules, and own court proceedings. There are some differences between the states and the federal system process of justifying criminal cases.There are many unique points in the process of US federal system of criminal case justice. Being a developed country, the USA have to be unique and extra-ordinary in terms of the processes of Federal System as they are now at present. These steps help us to know more deeply about the federal justice system of the US. In India, the jury system is now not present, but we can see the jury system in the USA federal justice system. It is one of the main differences between the justice system of India and US federal government.
