Abstract

This article tends to focus on the part that the adjudicating authority i.e. The National Company Law Tribunal (“ NCLT ”) plays while considering the resolution plans (“ Plan ”) that the resolution professional (“ RP ”) presents to the committee of creditors (“ CoC ”).
