Abstract

Currently the whole world is in the clutches of an unprecedented intractable pandemic known as Covid-19. Our lives have come to a halt. No sector has been able to escape the curse of this pandemic. The legal system too has been hit by this pandemic. The period post Covid-19 is going to witness a huge explosion of cases which will flood our courts and may result in possible breakdown. Therefore, a roadmap is very necessary to insulate our legal system form possible breakdown. This article seeks to explore and emphasize the significance of mediation as a tool to resolve trivial offences.
