These platforms are attractive due to their efficiency, ease of use,and transparency compared to traditional banking tools. As the technology industry continues to evolve, new products are expected to be able to meet the diverse needs of customers around the world. This article highlights how financial technology and digital finance are changing consumer preferences for financial products and services.
