Abstract
The article presents a number of issues in attestation in criminal cases involving public order distubance in the law of Vietnam. On the basis of studying the provisions of the law, the article aims at making some evaluation, recommendations and proposals to improve the legal provisions on the issues in the criminal cases of disrupting public order.
