Abstract

This paper showed a picture of the future globalization, how the globalization in future will be applied. The study explained the role of technology in the surge development of globalization. Furthermore, it illustrated the concept of future globalization and the concept of modern Globalization. Also it gave a close look at the impact of globalization on the international trade system. Moreover, in this paper the relations between international, state law and globalization were part of this work. The scope, types, and sources of International law were illustrated in details.
